They currently serves as Pastor of the Palm Bay Seventh-day Adventist Church in Palm Bay, Florida[edit] U.S. Dream Academy, IncIn 1998, Phipps founded & created the U.S. Dream Academy, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a values-based, interactive, tutorial & remedial education program targeted at kids & youth-at-risk through community Relatives Learning Centers located in various states. Seeing a need, Phipps wanted something to help break the cycle they saw played out so plenty of times in his own relatives. Wintley formed the U.S. Dream Academy to help kids who have had a relatives member behind bars. The program provides mentoring, academic tutoring, & exposure to computers & the Net.
